Information you give us
When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you put in your message. If you ask about a specific property or request a home valuation, we keep those details so an agent can follow up.

When you register through our property search, create an account, or save listings, that information is handled by our search provider. See “Property search and MLS data” below.

Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you look at, and the date and time. Our forms also log the IP address a submission came from, which helps us catch spam. We use cookies and Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. How we use your information
We use what we collect to answer your questions, connect you with an agent, show you listings and search results, follow up on properties you asked about, keep the site secure, and make it work better. We do not sell your personal information.

Property search and MLS data
Home search on this site runs on IDX Broker, which displays listings from our multiple listing service (MichRIC). When you search, register, or save properties through that tool, IDX Broker and the MLS process that activity under their own terms and privacy practices. Listing data comes from the MLS and other sources, and we cannot guarantee it is complete or current.

How we share information
We share your information only where it is needed to run the site and respond to you:
– Our agents and staff, so someone can help you.
– Service providers that operate the site for us, including our host (WP Engine), our security and content network (Cloudflare), our email provider (Google), our search provider (IDX Broker), and our analytics provider (Google Analytics).
– Anyone we are required to share with by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser. We use them to keep the site running and, where required with your consent, to measure traffic through Google Analytics. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings. Turning some off may change how parts of the site work.

How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as we are working with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
