About Nick Paquet
After investing in real estate in West Michigan for 7 years on the side, Nick decided to transition away from a successful engineering career to take the plunge and become a full time realtor. “I was constantly asked for advice by friends and family about homeownership, until finally I realized this was my calling.”
From finding the right home at the right price, negotiating deals, to inspecting properties with insight and experience, Nick has become an expert through investing.
Nick is passionate about home improvement, no matter how small or how big the project. Completing several renovations, he has the eye for the home’s true potential.
Born and raised in Cadillac, MI by parents who were small business owners, Nick was given a clear example of what it means to provide value to another person and that service is at the heart of any good relationship. While Real Estate has turned from a hobby, to a profession, Nick’s personal life primarily revolves around family and his church. Nick also loves to get out on the golf course, drive west to the beach, and explore small towns in Northern Michigan.
