Outside of work, Matt has shared over 30 years of marriage with his best friend, Tracy. Together, they enjoy serving at their church, mentoring engaged couples, hiking, and managing their Airbnb in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Their three sons have worked with Matt in various aspects of property maintenance and real estate—making it a true family passion.
